Postpartum Planning Package
The package includes two 90-minute phone or video calls to plan for your postpartum season. Topics include physical and emotional recovery, village building, meal preparation, affirmations, common postpartum issues, and a postpartum supply list. After our time together, you'll receive your postpartum plan packet, recipe book, and a list of postpartum resources.
By clicking below and typing your name into the electronic signature, you are agreeing it is your intent to purchase and sign the Postpartum Planning Package Contract electronically.
While it is always smart and helpful to have a plan, births do not always go according to plan. However, we will do our best to think through and plan for possible outcomes. I ask that you inform me of any pregnancy-related or other health complications or conditions you may have, as well as any other special circumstances you might have or require so that it can be considered for the plan.
As a doula, I do not:
1. Make decisions for you. I will help you get the information you need to make an informed decision.
2. Speak to medical staff or providers on your behalf. I will discuss your concerns with you and suggest options and encourage you and your partner to voice your opinions, questions, and concerns to the staff.
3. Provide medical advice. I can direct you to resources that might help you answer your questions and make informed decisions on your own. If you have questions or want advice about your care or that of your baby, you should contact your care provider.
As with all of my services, I offer a one-week 100% satisfaction guarantee. If after one week of our first appointment together, you are not completely satisfied, I will refund your full service payment.
