
Movement Package
Hi there! I’m so excited you’re interested in the movement package. New motherhood can be exciting, overstimulating, blissful, and exhausting. We spend so much time and energy, especially in the early weeks, nurturing our little ones. During each hour together, I want you to leave feeling like you were the one being nurtured.
I offer two packages surrounding movement:
One 1-hour session each week for 6 weeks
Two 1-hour sessions each week for 6 weeks
I craft each session we spend together to fit your season of postpartum, modifying movements that facilitate healing and bring balance back to your body. We will practice safely, encouraging blood flow and building strength over our weeks together in your core and pelvic floor while relaxing areas of the body that become stiff as you care for your newborn. By combining soft movements, stretching, postnatal yoga, and Pilates, my goal is for each session to honor your body and calm your mind, improving both your physical and mental health.
